Troy Morgan OAM
Troy works at the intersection of wellbeing, organisational design and human-centred technology.
Across more than two decades in fitness, allied health, corporate wellbeing and organisational leadership, Troy has focused on a practical question: how do people perform well without giving away the capacities that make good work possible?
He received the Medal of the Order of Australia in 2026 for service to Touch Football. Thought Architecture brings that same concern for disciplined practice into the way leaders work with AI.
His A.I.S.I.R. method—Awareness, Intent, Structure, Iteration and Reflection—helps people do the thinking before the prompting. The coach is designed to challenge assumptions, clarify the outcome and leave judgement with the person using it.
